What is Cold Pressed Pickleball Paddles?
Core Material:
Uses PP (polypropylene) or aramid/Nomex honeycomb cores, balancing lightweight properties and structural strength.
Bonding & Curing Process:
Layers of fiberglass or carbon fiber are bonded to the core using epoxy resin and cured under pressure without heat, reducing energy consumption.
Post-Processing:
Paddles are precision-cut via CNC machining, then fitted with edge protection tape for enhanced durability.

Technologies for Cold Press Pickleball Paddle
Optimized Honeycomb Cores

Lamination Process
We use high-strength resin adhesive and strictly control pressure and time.
